A Bright and Shining Tomorrow is a weekly radio program broadcast on UC-Irvine's campus radio station KUCI (88.9 FM) from 3-5:00 pm PST Friday afternoons, and over the web at www.kuci.org. We play an eclectic mix of noise, noise, and more noise.
The Merzbox Power Hour (MPH) was a special one-off program dedicated to the work of Japanese noise artist Masami Akita (aka Merzbow) that aired in the summer of 2009. This program focused solely on material from the 50 CD boxset, the Merzbox, which functions as a retrospective of Masami's output from the years 1979-1997.
